"Wade helped us navigate a weird market during a weird time, and we ended up with the perfect office space for our company to move into. Wade was incredibly professional and proactive during our time working together and we really felt that he knew and understood exactly what we needed, and took the initiative to make it happen. When landlords were slow to respond, he took it upon himself to reach out to the regularly to initiate a push and make sure that our timeline held up.
